Your satisfaction is our priority! If your new shoes aren't a perfect fit, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags.
Trying Them On:
We understand the need to try shoes at home. To ensure a smooth return process if needed, please try them on with clean socks on a clean, carpeted surface or mat.
Easy Exchanges:
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange for unworn and undamaged shoes.
To Exchange:
Contact us via Direct Message or WhatsApp at +1(868)302-7850 with your order number (found on your receipt) and the reason for the exchange.
We'll promptly send you detailed return instructions (and a label in some cases).
Carefully repack the shoes in their original packaging, attaching the return label if provided.
Simply drop off the package at the designated carrier.
We'll process your exchange right away or within 3-7 business days once we receive the shoes.
Please note that exchange services are separate from our standard delivery and pickup. Original delivery fees are non-refundable for exchanges. Exchanges are not offered for final sale or customized items, or for shoes that have been worn (unless they have a manufacturing defect).

We'll provide you with clear return instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.
Securely pack the shoes in their original packaging, attaching the return label if provided.
Drop off the package at the specified location.
We'll process your refund to your original payment method immediately or within 3-7 business days after receiving the returned shoes.
Please be aware that original shipping costs and any return shipping fees are non-refundable. Return services are separate from our standard delivery and pick-up. Original delivery fees are also non-refundable for returns. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for final sale items, customized shoes, gift cards, or worn shoes (unless they are defective).
Important Information:
Please be aware that screen colors may slightly differ from the actual product color.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund for you.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not adhere to our policy.
